Hi Thomas,
The laptop in trademe is a HP laptop, not a Dell. I think Logic 9 Studios will run poorly on a Netbook. Netbook CPUs are not meant for heavy duty processing work. You’re better off getting an iMac for that kind of work.

Will a Dell Mini 10v with Atom® N450 work?

From what I’ve read about the Dell Mini with Atom N450, it looks like it’s not a good choice for a hackintosh netbook.

I inadvertently installed an i tunes update on my dell based hackintosh- major error! It now boots to the OSX/Boot camp choice point, will still boot to XP prof., but dies if i try to boot the rest of the way to OSX. WHat can I do to fix this?

Jay, I saw the iTunes and 10.6.4 update the other day. I unchecked the 10.6.4 update and just updated iTunes. Everything works great on my Dell Mini 10v. I think it’s not the iTunes update that killed your Mac setup. It’s the 10.6.4 update.
