You're kidding aren't ya about buying an iPad. How could you ever get by with only 16 to 64gigs of memory, not flash, no webcam or multitasking? Not to mention the $800 lighter your wallet will be.

I did plenty of research... Tons. So I was very ready for it. I've been enjoying learning about OS X this last week. It's really something.

Success! It took about two hours on Monday morning to get this puppy up and running. Then another 5 minutes to get NBI to fix my sound after the upgrade, just like you wrote in one of your entries. This is awesome... Now, on to iphone developing...

I haven't upgraded the RAM on my Dell Mini 10v. I think any reputable branded RAM that works with the Dell Mini 10v should work fine with OS X.

Hey, man, great blog. I just ordered a mini 10v and was then told that I could hackintosh it, which is great. It doubles it's value, I think, both monetarily and in utility. Anyway, one question, what RAM chip do you recommend to upgrade this puppy? Will the brand matter when it comes to OS X?
